Country & Craft Beer Festival

Save the date for the 2020 Country & Craft Beer Festival at Central Park at Mill Creek on Saturday, April 4th, 2020.  The annual event is put on by the Active 20-30 Club of Bakersfield and 100% of the proceeds are given away to local children charities in Kern County. The Country and Craft Beer Festival provides a modern, well respected craft beer, food, and music festival in Downtown Bakersfield.

Attendees of the event are invited to sample from a wide selection of over 40 craft beers, enjoy food from popular Bakersfield restaurants and will enjoy live entertainment. General admission ticket prices are $60 in advance / $80 at the gate (prices subject to change) and include a souvenir cup for unlimited beer sampling, delicious food provided by over 30 local restaurants and fun in the sun with your friends. For the attendee that wanted to escape the crowds and chill in the shade, VIP area tickets are available for only $120 (prices subject to change). The VIP attendees receive admission an hour early to the event and exclusive access to the shaded VIP area where they enjoy a non-general admission catered meal and dessert, air conditioned bathrooms, specialty beverages from around California and separate entertainment.

Thanks to the wonderful sponsors and patrons of this annual event, the Active 20-30 Club has been able to make a difference in thousands of children’s lives throughout the years. Since the events conception back in 1992 we have grown the festival from a small 200 person beer tasting to as large as 3,000+ attendees. Thanks to the events growth and the generosity of the Bakersfield community, we were able to donate over $51,000 in 2019 to various children’s charities in Kern County.
